Hello all! Instant Traditions is blessed to be so busy this week. Last weekend we went to a lovely park in Estacada to have fresh headshots and group shots done by the delightful Michelle Weaver. If you follow us on Instagram you know we had a blast. It was raining gently but that’s definitely consistent with life in Oregon and it actually enhanced the pictures. We were all laughing deliriously in the cold, swapping out shirts, and throwing off sweaters. All while taking hundreds of pictures of us, our sign, and a charming dog we met. Despite the rain and nerves we felt energized, maybe it was the crisp air or sheer awesomeness of immense ancient timber but we definitely got several superb shots, smiles, and cherished memories. We used many of the shots to further enhance our website. It took a large measure of work and time but it turned out excellent.

We also got to meet with a stunning couple planning an outdoor June garden wedding. The three of us are inspired by their simple but sumptuous tentative plans. It was a fun and informative meeting, and we truly loved the Portland coffee shop charm.
We are stoked to coordinate a fiesta themed baby shower for a little boy bundle of joy joining us in the upcoming months. Hopefully, we will get to show you guys some impressive DIY projects for that. There has been talk of an avocado pinata and maybe even a cactus shaped diaper cake. We recently aided with an informal gender reveal party for this couple and we have so loved working on their wedding in the past. It is always such a privilege to be a part of momentous occasions in the lives of a young couple!

Baby showers are a blast, aren’t they? The games, the awkwardness of blending families and friend groups, not to mention the slew of pregnancy jokes you never knew existed. Vivid cakes and innovative themes can unquestionably help make your baby shower very unique. Some people prefer the more traditional pink/mint green/blue/white color scheme and are really into all things miniature, adorable and baby. We love both and either way there is sure to be a party when auntie Violet cracks wise while playing the guess the candy in the diaper game.
We have customizable party packages and even have an add on if you want to add your pupper to any celebration.
