We will be a part of the planning process all the way through your reception, and be there until your last guest trickles out the door.

Starting at $1550

Pre – Event Services:

  • Budget assistance
  • Mood board creation
  • Minimum of 3  in-person consultations
  • Vendor sourcing and recommendations based on style and budget
  • Collaborating on your event design
  • Will create a detailed timeline
  • Confirming vendors details and contract review
  • 1-3 Venue walkthroughs
  •  Coordinating the ceremony rehearsal
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails
  • Up to 3 venue walkthroughs
  • Monthly check-ins

Month-of Event Services:

  • Two person team Coordinators for
    your entire day
  • Two in-person meetings
  •  Point of contact for all questions or concerns day of
  • Handle all vendor questions and assist with any issues
  • Help set up of all decor for your ceremony and reception
  • Reviewing photography shot list and coordinating appropriately
  • Coordinating the processional
  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
  • There to handle any unforeseen problems
  • Executing your timeline
  • Delivering any remaining payments or gratuities to vendors
  • Providing the day-of survival kit.

Partial Planning

This is the perfect package for a couple that loves to plan but is looking for help and advice along the way. In this case, our planner would provide extra assistance with scheduling, vendor negotiations, and general help with the design. We will provide all the services below to help implement your plans and help with the finer details.

Starting at $1100

This plan is the best fit for a couple that has their event planned and organized and has mapped out every detail. A month of coordination package will free you up in the final run up to your wedding so you can relax and enjoy the big day. Your coordinator will handle any last-minute negotiations, details, and tasks.

Set-up and Tear Down Add On

Take the stress off your friends and family and add this package to your event and we will do the setup and tear down for you! Additional 2 person team for 6-8 hrs whose main focus is set up and tear down of your event.

Doggy Daycare Add On

We know how important your furry loved ones are to you, and we also know that sometimes you want them there with you on your big day. So at Instant Traditions, we have created a package that will allow you to have your Dogo there at those key moments but also knows they are being loved on and taken care of during all the downtime.

This includes:

  • 6-8 hours of pet care
  • Feeding and water
  • Tricks and treats
  • Helping get a pet to where it needs to be

Elopement Package

           This package is to help the couples that want intimate, small, low key weddings. Typically  4 to 15 guests. This service is a fully customizable plan. DIY Finishers Add-On

Did you bite off more then you can chew when it comes to your DIY event? Were here to swoop in and save the day! Our team has experts in event styling and DIY and would love to lighten the workload and finish up any details you need. We know how crazy things can get when you are planning and organizing and we’re here to help!

Wedding and Event Florals

Our event designer Whitney is now accepting floral orders and diy finishing. Pricing will vary depending on the project and floral pricing.
